- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in settings. Monthly runs to the end of the cycle; annual, to the end of the contract. No retention call.
- Refunds
- Annual: full refund within 14 days of the charge. Monthly: cancel and the next charge never happens. Processed within 5 business days.
- Data after cancellation
- Everything stays available for 60 days, then is permanently deleted. Export first if you have retention duties.
- Data export
- Export on your own, on any plan: JSON for metadata, ZIP for documents. Via the interface or the API.
- OCR and parsing
- Included in every plan. Never billed separately.
- Sanctions and PEP screening
- QX does not screen natively. Plug in your provider (Refinitiv, Dow Jones, ComplyAdvantage) via API or MCP.
