Collection questions

  • Does the counterparty need an account?

    No. They respond through a secure link tied to their identity. If they want a copy of what they sent, QX creates a Free account on the spot.

  • How does it work above 300 items?

    Scale includes 300 items per month. Above that, $0.20 per item, billed at the end of the month. Nothing stops: usage keeps working and the bill reflects the volume.

  • Can I use my brand on requests?

    Yes. On Scale your name and logo appear on the emails and the response page, with QX identified. Full white label is scoped in the Enterprise contract.

  • Is there an API?

    Yes. Pro reads via API and receives webhooks. Scale has read and write with custom webhooks. Enterprise negotiates limits and payloads. We also expose an MCP server so AI agents can drive the account.

  • What about SOC2, SSO, DPA?

    Enterprise includes SSO/SAML, a custom DPA, pen test under NDA and security questionnaire support. SOC2 and ISO 27001 are on the roadmap. Talk to us and we will share the current security posture in detail.

  • Can I coordinate re-shares for third parties?

    Yes, through the delegation dashboard: a single view of every re-share you coordinate, with each approval staying in the document owner’s hands.
