Fine print, nothing hidden.
- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in settings. Monthly runs to the end of the cycle; annual, to the end of the contract. No retention call.
- Refunds
- Annual: full refund within 14 days of the charge. Monthly: cancel and the next charge never happens. Processed within 5 business days.
- Data after cancellation
- Everything stays available for 60 days, then is permanently deleted. Export first if you have retention duties.
- Data export
- Export on your own, on any plan: JSON for metadata, ZIP for documents. Via the interface or the API.
- OCR and extraction
- On Free and Pro, OCR is included within the document limits. On Scale the meter is pages read: 1,000 a month included, $0.15 per extra page. Extraction and validations never cost extra.
- Sanctions and PEP screening
- QX checks every person and company in the package against PEP lists, Brazilian and international sanctions, regulatory actions and adverse media. The full list of sources is on the background checks page. If your compliance team requires a specific provider, it stays connected via API or MCP.
